Sencivo terms of service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Sencivo is a service operated by Omnitech Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 08864744, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of it. By creating an account or using Sencivo you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. Private beta, provided “as is”
Sencivo is in private beta. Features can change, break, or disappear, and data may occasionally be reset. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Please keep your own copy of anything important.
2. Your account
Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in secure, give us accurate information, and don’t share your account or invite code. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- create or publish content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful, or spam;
- probe, attack, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or bypass its limits or access controls;
- use Sencivo to scrape or automate third-party platforms in breach of their rules;
- resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.
4. Your content
You own what you put into Sencivo (your answers, notes, drafts, and posts) and the content you create with it. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content, including by sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers, solely to operate and improve the service for you. We don’t sell your content. See our privacy policy for details.
5. AI output
Sencivo uses AI to suggest and draft content. AI can be wrong, repetitive, or inappropriate, so you must review everything before you publish it. Sencivo never publishes to LinkedIn or elsewhere without your approval, and you are responsible for what you choose to publish, including its accuracy and compliance with the platform’s rules.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Sencivo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, put the service or others at risk, or if we end the beta. On termination your right to use the service stops; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) do.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnitech Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the beta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll change the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Sencivo after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
10. Changes to the operating entity
Omnitech Solutions Limited may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms, and the operation of Sencivo, to a Sencivo affiliate. We’ll give you notice by email or in the app before any transfer takes effect.
