FAQ
Questions people ask before they join.
What is Sencivo and who is it for?
Sencivo helps professionals share what they know on LinkedIn without turning content into a full-time job. It learns how you think and what you want to be known for, then helps you find ideas, shape your take and create posts that sound like you, ready for you to approve and post. It is built for consultants, executives and business owners.
How does Sencivo learn my voice?
It starts with an interview about your work, your audience and what you want to be known for. You can also paste or upload samples of your own writing and add your brand details. Sencivo copies your rhythm and wording from the samples, not the facts in them. Facts and experience only come from what you tell it.
Will my posts sound like AI?
Sencivo writes from your answers and your own writing, not from a blank prompt, so drafts start from your voice and your facts. No tool can promise a post will never read as AI, which is why you review and can edit every draft before it goes anywhere.
Does Sencivo post without my approval?
That is your choice. In Manual, you do everything and Sencivo helps when you ask. In Co-pilot, Sencivo finds ideas and drafts your week, and you approve every post. Autopilot unlocks after you have approved 5 posts with light edits; it then schedules drafts that pass your review rules and gives you a heads-up before each one goes out. If you skip the choice, Sencivo stays on Co-pilot.
Which networks does Sencivo support?
LinkedIn. Connecting your account so approved posts are scheduled and posted for you is part of the paid plans at launch. During the beta, you approve posts in Sencivo and post them yourself.
Can Sencivo make carousels and infographics?
Yes. Sencivo can turn a post into a LinkedIn carousel with your logo and colors, and design an infographic or a card from a post. You can also upload your own pictures.
Does it work in English and Spanish?
Yes. The app language (menus and buttons) and the content language (what Sencivo writes your posts, comments and briefings in) are separate settings, and each can be English or Spanish. Changing the content language does not translate drafts you already have.
What does it cost during the beta, and why do I need an Anthropic key?
By default Sencivo uses your own Anthropic API key, so Anthropic bills the AI usage to your account and you pay it directly. Expect roughly $5 to $20 a month: about $5 for a couple of posts a week and about $20 for a post most weekdays. You create the key at platform.claude.com, and setup walks you through it.
What happens to my data?
Your account details, onboarding answers, drafts and notes live in your workspace. When you use AI features, your text is sent to Anthropic to generate and analyse content. Sencivo does not sell your data or use it for advertising. The privacy policy lists every provider, how long data is kept and your rights.
How do I get access?
Sencivo is in private beta and invite-only, bringing people on in small groups. Request access on the waiting-list page and we will email you when a place opens up. If you already have an invite code, use the link in your invite email.
Can I edit drafts, and does Sencivo learn from my edits?
You can edit any draft before you approve it. With “Learn from my edits” on, which is the default, Sencivo notices short style preferences in your changes, such as cutting closing questions, and uses them in new drafts. You can review or delete these notes, or turn the setting off, in Settings under Brand & Voice.
Can I cancel or delete my account and data?
Yes. You can stop using Sencivo at any time and ask us to delete your account. You can also delete a workspace in Settings. To have your personal data erased, email support@sencivo.com and we will respond within one month.
